This game is set in a Utopia city in the 50's. Although some cars are old, they have jets to set the pace of a futuristic city but with 50's music.
A lot of tongue in cheek humor this game has lots of laughs. Our hero Stubbs appears to fall in love with a starlette (later turns out to be an old flame from when he was young) and sets out on a trek to find his old love.
A lot is in his way to happiness but with the help of eating humans brains, he obtains a lot of help.
The characters in this game never failed to make me laugh. It's over the top humor and dramatic voices, especially as their brains become lunch really are what make this game entertaining.
As Stubbs one can use body parts, farts and limbs (either his own or torn off others) to accomplish the task of finishing the game. Some vehicles become drivable by Stubbs as well including Jeeps, sod shooters, tractors and tanks.
The music is very cool 50's music, most of it pepped up to a more modern tone and beat. Still very enjoyable.
The graphics are very well done and the blood that is generated while eating or attacking is so overdone that you can't help but again chuckle.
I wasn't sure that I would enjoy the game since it's not the normal game I would purchase (not my genre) and yet, I'm glad I experienced it. It has replay value and would make a decent addition to any game collection.
