i downloaded evoxskin to make a custom skin for my xbox. however when i burn the appropriate jpg and ini file onto a CDRW my xbox is unable to read it using boxplorer which i intend to use to copy these files onto the hard drive in the skins folder. The same CDRW however is able to be read by xbmediaplayer. What am i doing wrong?

are those the only files u put on the disc? because when u have small or very few files on the disc it will only stay around the middle of the disc whereas the xbox likes to read from the outside of the disc inwards... so u will just have to cram lots of other stuff on the disc to mkae it about 4-500mb... this is what i sometimes have to do when making iso's... i make a dummy file in it with pointless files just so the box reads the disc

Also are you creating a UDF Xbox compatible disk, or are you just burning the files as a data disk. You always need to create an Iso first just like you would if burning a game, otherwise the Xbox won't read the disk.
