i have tryed every thing i even looked to see if there was any burns on the mother board and nothing worked got a code 12 then nothing just shut off then nothing

Look on the bottom of the PSU by the plug in port, if it is burned there then that is your problem. If its not getting any power at all (meaning the fans aren't even running) then its most likely your psu. _________________

If it is your psu then it is very easy to replace. Just order another one from the many sites that sell them and contact me when you get it and I will walk you through the process it is really easy and doesn't take much time to do at all.
