Hellew everybody
I've had an xbox with xbmc for a couple of years now. But recently Ive bought a new HD tv so a higher resolution would be nice. I've connected my xbox using a component cable wich works fine.
Problem is, I can't select 480p, 720p or 1080i in xbmx because they're grayed out. I've tried setting 720p enabled in my avalaunch dashboard, but that just keeps giving me the error: "won't touch eeprom when hdd is locked". Avalaunch does have a HDD unlock option, but that doesn't doe anything unfortunately
I've also read that I should be able to set 720p and other modes in ms dash, but there are no such options in my dash, and I can't find a new dash to try out.
Which leaves me with the third option, and that is Enigmah for wich the only download I can find is on this site, but that doesn't seem to work.
So, how do I get 720p to work on my xbox?

I know how you can fix it get the Xbox-HQ Auto Installer Deluxe and install UnleashX as your default dash it should let you change your screen. If you have anyother problems feel free to reply

100% correct!
