Hi guys, how are yall

ok i am ney to modding and this site and i have a problem. That is i have downloaded AID 2.11 from xbins to use for splinter cell. so i put part one and part 2 of the save on my xbox that all good then SID3 boots up fine but my problem is the menu doesn't have "install softmod" or "backup ms dash" it just have stuff like launch games, launch apps, launch emulators, and some system stuff so can someone please tell me what i might be doing wrong

(p.s. i've looked at soooo many guides, readmes ect and still cant get it.)

That "stuff" is the EvoX dashboard. You see that AFTER the box has been modded. Put the AID disc in the drive and if it loads then your box is modded.
Start loading the apps you want.

ok the thing is i never installed anything and if i take splinter cell out it closes

and the menu is not evox its still SID3

also i did put the disk in but the error pops up

Then check you gamesave. You prolly transfered the SID lite not the full blown SID.
