Hi there, Im having some problems with SID 4 N-Knave Edition,
Now, Im trying to install the softmod onto my xbox, but I can seem to be able to install it. When I go to Create MS Backup, it comes up with the message "Batch Process Failed thye last item was: Found Modded Files Action Rename.
The same message also comes up when I try to install the softmod.
IF anyone has any ideas on what could be the problem, Please feel free to post.
Thanks

Do a remove softmod. Then once it is done, make sure you back up your msdash and eeprom. Once done, then it will work. _________________ Moddingbandit

Well then delete the whole backup folder from your xbox. Then do a total redo. Just choose backup again to the msdash and eeprom. Then remove softmod and then you can remod it. If your C drive M$ Dash is corrupt or unoriginal, you will need the original again. If not just continue to remove it and then try to resoftmod. It should work. _________________ Moddingbandit

Sorry mistyped that. i meant to say back up both the msdash and eeprom. And yes, just delete anything modded and then load up the gamesave and choose remove softmod. Once it completes, then just reload the gamesave and remod it again using the steps in SID. _________________ Moddingbandit

JUst one more question before I do anything further. So I Backup my Dash and Eeprom onto my computer, delete everything off my C Drive and then Delete everything off my E Drive except for TD Data and U Data?

Yea you can do that. But before you close the ftp, remember to reftp the msdash back into the C Drive. Then reboot and load the save. You will still need to do remove softmod to get rid of every old mod file. Then once it is done, just back up the msdash and eeprom to the E drive. Once done, then just reinstall how you like. _________________ Moddingbandit
