My xbox is chipped with a DuoX2 and running avalaunch. I have a Windows 2000 DC and two XP workstations on my network plus my xbox. I'm having a few difficulties setting up smb shares to my workstations with XBMC. I have no problems connecting to the domain controller and playing videos stored on it. My problem is that most of my movies are stored on one of the XP machines and whenever i try to set up a smb share to it it keeps prompting me for a username/pass. I've set up the shared folders, and allowed everyone full control of the dir i'm trying to access but it keeps coming up.
Anybody know why this might be happening? Is there a group policy or something i have overlooked?
Cheers
