What do you all think of the chipless mod? Is it easy? Hard? and where can I find a good tutorial on this so that I will not screw up my box?

I thought about doing the chipless mod until I loooked at the cost of part vs. the cost of a mod chip.
The following depends on whether you already own it or have to go buy it. you'll need a usb drive (not all of them work), the FSO usb adapter from m$ and mechassault (not the 'game of the year version) or 007.
Even if you get the chipless mod to work each tutorial will probably tell you that you will be better off using a chip.
Kevin Rose made it look pretty easy when he covered the process on The Screen Savers. _________________ XBOX v1.1 - Philips DVD

My first Xbox I had flashed. I had to buy a new one to chip so I could play online.
The cost of chips isn't as prohibitive as it once was. You should only consider a chipless mod if you will NEVER require Xbox live.
