Upon bootup using the normal power button, my xbox doesn't always find the hacked bios. It just randomly finds it. However, when I plug in my normal xbox harddrive, it works percectly. Any suggestions on how to get my xbox to find my hacked bios everytime? _________________ XBOX- V1.0

thats a strange one mate..
How did you format and upgrade to the new HDD?
Did you use AID2??
Does the XENIUM OS have a format and partition option??
Maybe that could be the cause but i doubt it..
Anyway, just trying to keep your topic active for others to see too.

I upgraded the harddrive using aid 1.0. But it used to find the bios everytime, and it just started having a hard time finding it. Weird eh. _________________ XBOX- V1.0

Check to see if the Xenium is set on auto boot. If it is, turn it off so that you can choose the bios that you want. _________________

You might have to re-flash the bios again. Play it safe. Re flash, then from the Xenium OS choose the new bios and see if that fixes the problem. _________________

Here is an update. My harddrive is external, and I swap it out back and forth with my oem harddrive and modified harddrive. With the normal harddrive, it loads everytime. With the modified harddrive, it times out sometimes (error code 07). It's like it is having a hardtime finding the evox dashboard or something.
I don't want to reformat the harddrive as I have like 20 games on it already and putting them back on would take a really long time.

*bump*
It is still randomly finding the bios on my upgraded harddrive. And it instantly finds it on my stock harddrive.
I have erased tall the caches (X,Y,Z, and E:/Cache) but it doesn't seem to help. I would reflash the bios but if it finds it everytime on the stock harddrive, doesn't that mean that its a good bios already?
