wow you kindaanswered my next question..but i guess i was mostly asking how i could copy my Saves from my games..like i have a bunch of old fable saves and mvp baseball saves that i would hate to lose cause i switch hdd..any way to save those old saves, or am i out of luck in that department?! i hope not....damn modgod..your smart!
sorry if im becoming a pain, but i was curios bout this..i have the new HDD infront of me, i want to install it now, figured id ask to see if i could keep my old saves before i try

u can grab the entire UDATA folder off your stock hdd by ftp and just ftp back on after you upgrade your hdd

using username: xbox password: xbox ? no idea about the illegal login. is there already an open ftp conenction? try restarting the xbox and trying again

You could also download a program called Xbox Saves manager.
It will allow you to connect to your HD and only extract the game saves...then, you can connect to the new HD and send over the game saves and it will install them like they were born there

Really? That's odd... Which data did it miss.. I'll keep an eye on that. I use that program to extract all of my customers game saves for them. Man, I am hoping I didn't cause someone to have to start a game all over.
