Well your getting the red and green frag so you got to have a bridged point or a bad trace some ware but i cant say ware.

so basically im screwed i guess unless anyone has any more advice i guess i might as well give up on this one like i said everything powers on and fucntions except the chip it powers on but doesnt function , il try again with another xbox i have to get it right~! but thanx guys of xbox hq especially wes for staying on top of it with me ur the best this sites the best im in debt

If you ditch this xbox i wold try for one thats not a 1.6 since they involve less soldering.
Sorry i couldn't help more but driving there and soldering it for you just ain't an option.

I do see one problem with the install. If you look at the image I have uploaded you will see it. The metal dot that has a circle around it has to be connected to the rebuild board where I put the line.

lol even if it was wes its kinda like a dream to physically mod 1 on my own so even if it were possible I guess you could of coached

try putting the switch for the bios from top to bottom on on off off off or off on off off off.
