Your vip membership upgraded fine automatically so im not sure what the issue was apart from maybe it took a little longer then normal since our servers are so busy.

I bought vip 9/1/2012 and got upped instantly but am unable to reach ftp sites. great site by the way

Make sure to use the Ip and password in the FTP thread for the specific server (UK or USA) and also if copy and pasting in the info make sure it doesnt go a space past the end. This is a very common problem on the FTP (not really a problem more like kickass security) Also use Filezilla for your client. If you still have issues just make a thread in the forum and we will get you sorted out
