On the 1.0 it did not list the dash version.but I put in NCAA Football 2005 Live enabled and it updated the dash to K 3944 D 5960 . I have ordered 007 off eBay and will try that Exploit as well. Have you seen the various game exploits for mech,SPC,007 on the net . I'm wondering if the place that I got them from was outdated or bad? but I think I downloaded them with the AR.

Just use the saves from sid 5 on the aid disc it worked for me less then 2 weeks ago.

Is it possible to have the wrong games I have Mechassault and splinter cell
and they look like the ones Ive seen on the web associated with the exploit.
Just downloaded Sid5 and tried SPC and mech again when i get to the point to launch the Linux Profile it FRAGS. I'm transferring the Udata's of Mech and SPC to My Chipped X box via FTP then I'm loading the memcard from there and Putting them on X box 1.0 with updated dash 5960. Ive read with mech that the Linux profile will have a difficulty rating and mine shows blank.

The mech disc will have a parts number on it: x08-82264
And splinter cell will have 510130-disc on it
I think the save files need to be ziped, but i put the folder with the # title on the card after removeing it from the udata folder.
Make sure you save the game saves to the hdd, dont try the install right off the card.

both mech and SPC, have the numbers you Posted so thats a good thing. Maybe I will Try AR again. do I have to Have An AR Disc Or can it be downloaded. Cuz the AR that I was Using was downloaded off the web. you would have thought that I could have transferred them with the chipped box but maybe not.

You can just download the software, i got them on my card with a chiped box and it worked for me.

I thought I was onto something Here. with the memcard inserted in my Chipped box it showed up as the J:partisan so I ftped the folders zipped to the memcard, they loaded and they could be partially recognized ( something was taking space on the memcard) so no dice, then I unzipped them and FTP the udata folder to the Jdrive and it saw them as unknown title corrupted save and would not load. Please don't give up on me yet. deffinently trying with the tools that I have.I will get another memcard.

Try the same thing but just the # folder out of the udata folder.

Well wes213 I got my new memcard, actually two of them one from the pawn shop a mad cat and a generic one from china. and I have successfully softmoded my first X box with your help. thanks Man. I have also ftp ed the C and E copies to my Pc Hard drive I have a 120 gig Maxtor that i would like to put in it but maybe not this weekend. any other advise for me? and thanks again man for your patience.
