As we enter the final stages of X3 development, we are now tweaking various parts of the design to be as high quality as possible. As you can see it's MUCH nicer than the beta version. Blue X3 logo is mod booting to the 2MB flash, green X3 logo is mod booting to the 256k backup, Red X3 logo is mod disabled booting to onboard flash. We now use a removable face plate which is the same material as the Xbox itself and of course you can interchange with different colors - kinda like cellphone covers :-) here's some pics of the prototype just out of the factory. Images will differ slightly from the one that is finally shipped to retailers.
