FanCbox This is a simplified, easy to use Xbox Logo editor. It allows you to make the logo either red, green, or blue, gives the option to remove the "XBOX" or "Microsoft" text at the bottom of the screen, disable the Flubber animation, and replace error screens with more user-friendly, detailed screens.
Not as powerful as XBTool or EVTool, but much easier to use for a beginning modder.
