Ok, i have installed the Xecuter3 mod chip in my box; it booted up fine to the bios screen. I was lost at this point. I found a coppy of X3 bios from an mIRC account; I dont know if it is a "hacked" bio or not. After installing the bio it seems that i have an Xecuter3 dashboard. From here i can see network settings and some cool stuff. I then went hunting for a copy of Evox. I found it and made a boot disk and put it in the Xbox, bam! it loaded fine. Before makeing the bootdisk i did configer the network settings. My PC settings are:
I then downloaded FlashFXP, i set up the site manager and couldn't get it to connect to my xbox. I turnd the firewall off and still got notheing. I know that i could be doing something wrong due to the fact that i am new at this. Do i not have to right bio setup to alow my to FTP? Am I not comeing up with the right settings for my Xbox? I have been hacking at this for 2 full days now and am getting very tired. PLEASE help me out nad releave me of my frustration. THANKS

hi gamer1602 and welcome to xboxhq mate.
Ok.. Are you sure you have the correct network cable for connection between your pc and the xbox..
If you are connecting directly from the PC --> XBOX you will to buy a CROSSOVER Cable.. These cables are different from your normal rj45 network leads you normally use with switches/hubs/routers..
If you are connecting from your PC -->> hub/swith/router -->> xbox then just use a normal rj45..
Another thing you can do to test that the xbox is on the network is this:
1. Choose 'Start Menu' then 'run'
2. Type 'cmd' or 'command' and press enter.
3. type 'ping 192.168.0.102' and you should get a reply from the xbox..
If you DO NOT GET A REPLY THEN THE NETWORK CABLE is not connected correctly or you rhave the wrong type of network cable connected..
