For this code to work, you must not have any Spider-Man 2 saves on your xbox. Start a new game and enter the name HCRAYERT. This will give you 200,000 hero points, swing and web zip upgrades, big game hunter, alien buster and shock absorber. It won't let you keep the name, but everyime you enter it you'll get another 200,000 hero points.
Remember, with great power comes a bright red spandex outfit that has no zipper!
