The auctions were pulled by ebay. I made several reports. I reported they were selling duplicated software without permission and then also that they were selling software that contains illegal data. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black...lol.
Anyway, I hate when lame ass people on Ebay try to make a buck on something that is intended for free. If there are any members here that want the AI and are in the states, just email me at sales@themodgod.com
All I ask for is $5.00 to help cover cost of shipping, packaging, and the DVD-R that I will use.
What I will do is purchase a 100 pack DVD-R's, 100 disk envelopes, and enough postage from stamps.com to cover 100 installers being mailed in the US via first class mail.
I will take any money that is profited if any, and donate it to Xbox-HQ. I'll keep a running list here of all who have requested the AI. for auditing puposes.
Let me know what anyone thinks about that and we can make an official sticky or announcement somewhere for all to see.

That is bad (ebay sales I mean), I`ve written software for PC and check ebay now and then to make sure its not being sold because free software shouldn`t be charged for.
Auto Installer is excellent, very professional too. At least the people were honest enough to say they didn`t write it, problem with ebay sales is a lot of people take free software and charge for it.
Regarding the modded xbox sales on ebay. I`ve seen lots on ebay, they aren`t being fair to stop you selling a modded one.

I only tried once to put a modded machine on and they pulled it too.

Bummer I bought mine on ebay with a mod chip already installed, just had to switch the chip on to enable it.
Perhaps Ebay UK is different to US one?

in respect to the amount of xbox's on ebay in Australia there are quite alot of modded xboxes on ebay most of them with a big harddrive and at least 10 games so there must be a big difference _________________ Xbox 1.6 Crystal

I have made numerous complaints about these people to ebay..
Heres the long and short of it..
They dont care!
Ebay just do not give a rats arse, i have sold tv episodes of a show now defunct (Mystery Science Theatre 3000) on ebay for NO MORE than $1.00 aussie dollar a CD for the entire episode, it only cost them the cost of the CD, plus $3.00 for postage ANYWHERE in the world,It would cost more to download it... they pulled my account.
These guys can get away with murder and truly..it isnt fair!
I honestly wish i knew what to do, the only optioni can think of is creating a fake account and screwing with them
