^^ unleashx will handle it but it's a MANUAL job, not hard (and AID isn't required for a cache purge)
using UNLX frontend filehandler, view volumes X:/, Y:/ and Z:/ respectively and they should already be empty each time the console is rebooted/powered up!
if not, press "Y" for a submenu and select "mark/select all" and press "Y" again for that menu and select "delete"...repeat this in the afore mentioned volumes IF there's items present?
if already clear/empty, (and a problem remains) load up XBMC and examine it's settings..you'll be looking for the obvious "clear caches" option....
i haven't really needed to use it so i can't recall it's position in the GUI off the top of my head! (view enclosed readme/usage instructions that came with the XBMC archive)
luckily, cache clearing on the xbox isn't something i've had to do often!
.....
as a common practice and helping the tech live longer, reset the console each time BEFORE you power it off so the OS can clear it's caches automatically on reboot!
it does it anyway on powerup but some run into issues similar to yours and items can remain in the X:/, Y:/ and Z:/ volumes (albeit RARELY)
.....................
others will no doubt offer insight here! Wink

Just use the file manager in UnleashX. Navigate to E:\Cache and delete everything in that folder. Then navigate to the X:\, Y:\ and Z:\ partitions and do the same thing.

Hopefully that will fix your problem Smile

Just delete them with a file editor.

Delete everything inside the X, Y and Z drives and then delete everything in the Cache folder.

I used file explorer and deleted everything in x y z and e:cache. Emulator still reboots unleash when selected. Should I uninstall all of them and do a reinstall?

^^ it won't hurt to try! Wink
but if you do remove the older install, look for any "save/cfg" files the emus created and delete them ALL, purge all traces and do a clean install as you said!
BEFORE you delete anything, using UNLX frontend, go into the emulators menu then highlight an emu and press start ONCE to bring up a submenu and look at "item info"...it should tell you where it's save directory is...(that same submenu allows you to delete items from there, enable this in UNLX settings if you can't)
then reset the console and do a clean install! Very Happy
but yeah, your plan sounds good!
all the best! Wink Arrow

You might have a bad emulator install. I'd try reinstalling it before I did anything else.

SPPV made a great video regarding dash issues.

Deleting the cache means going into the cache folder on the E drive and deleting the contents on the folder, but not the folder named "Cache"

Here's a video that shows how to clear cache data as part of some intermediate steps. Same for the
