what im using is a 20 gb
the other one for if that goes is either 10 or 13
third is possibly 41gb? i was in a hurry to get to my next class though
the one that was in the xbox was a 120 when i bought it but the circuit board went by bye
it was a recommended one,
maxtor diamondmax plus 9 120 gb ata/133
6y120po132211
worst part is it was already modded with a ton of games on it

If you got 11 years out of it thats excellent my oldest drive (IBM Deathstar) is coming up on the 10 year mark. Id build that 41GB up and switch it out, even if failure wasnt an issue the larger size makes it almost a no brainer. And if you happen to pick up some DVDs check out my multigame disc tut so you can save discs and put a few games on instead of just one. I have a 40 as a backup for one of my box's and personaly I cant stand how few games I can fit. Keep an eye out on sites like Kijiji and Craigslist you can get serious scores, I grabbed the PC I use for HDD builds and such for 20 bucks and it came with a 250GB Maxtor (in my fav XBOX now) and a 160GB WD Caviar (put it in an XBOX I sold) and replaced them with 2 non lockable 20GB drives. Ive also snagged 160WD's for 5 bucks on there.
