I would only add to that tutorial that it's the VCC3.3 (not mentioned 3.3, and there are two VCC ...),
a lot of tutorials say you should connect the ground the metal case of the Xbox, I've connected it to the GND on motherboard (see those pics in tutorial),
and it worked! I was able to boot MS retail 4034 and X2.4983.06,

, but unless u put leds into ur box, there's not really a benefit in taking out metal shielding in ur Xbox? (it's even nice at the sides cause you can't see the hardware throught the grid then...),
about that fine job... I wanted to try the first time with that v1.0 with the bad traces that I fixed before, remember?
well guess what, wasn't careful enough and 3 contacts came off, put them all back but will have to try again and again, cause at this point no green led and eject powers off....
arggghhh, breaking my balls big time (again lol), and the more you mess around with it, the mess'ier' it gets and the harder to get those contacts right...

Sure its good for more things, that metal shielding just makes an EZ bake oven out of the xbox.
the onley down side is it puts lines in the tv if you use an antena or have the xbox running with in a foot or so of the cable box.
As for them traces im sure you will get it right, i got faith in you.
Just retrace the whole mobo out of solder if you got to.
