Yea lets keep this topic active for sure. The exchange rates are nice lol. I really like this idea though. Only wierd thing is most of you guys are 10 or more years my senior lol. While u guys go out and have drinks I can b the designated driver since I cant drink myself, legally that is lol. Unless no one over there has a drink? Isnt it Fosters or something?
Anywho we should put the ball in motion and start getting this idea gearded up.

Im only 28... DJB is 27.. DJB's girlfriend is young and i have heaps of young mates who i mod xboxes for too.. You wont be the only young bloke..

Not really.. Most guys i know in their 30's dont have xboxes in their cars and mates hanging out the windows.. heheh..

30 year old guys in oz normally drive BMW's and dont have sub woofers.. heheh lol im not that old yet even though i have a 10 yo (nearly 11) daughter.. I still get up to the usual young guy shit..

I had a Rockford Fosgate system in my car. 100% Rockford, all the way down to the little window stickers lol. Too bad the hurricane crushed the car and some fucks stole the system. I bet it was ruined anyways from the water. Luckily the insurance company said they will cover it. It was a little over $2,500 worth of equipment. Either way I was gettin ready to sell it lol. I have truck now, it was always a pain in the ass gettin in and out of that little coup, being that Im 6'3 and have a bum knee lol.
Thats a nice ride u have there by the way....very slick. Ive seen some other site of yours too. One pic showed a TV where someone shot it with a .38 I think. And then there was a video with u and DJB I believe. You were working on a laptop in the car and I saw a Xbox logo come up. Pretty neat stuff.

Its time to dream up a date guys.. You are the ones having to come all the way down to australia so ill leave it up to you.. I dont mind whatever time of year you like.. It's just a matter of preference..
If you want to go on dolphin cruises and more beach type activtieis then SUMMER is the best time December-March.. Things are probably a bit cheaper in the winter months..
It doesnt get too cold here in australia anyway in winter.. You could nearly go to the beach most days anyway..
Still need more info from you guys.. Like where you want to stay etc etc..

This sounds like fun, and I would be down, but money is tight now and I doubt I'd be able to go. Still, I thought of an Idea that might help all who are going. We'd have to get a rough estimate of how many people are gonna go, and set up a group rate. I don't know how many you are expecting but when traveling all over the country (And sometimes to Canada) they gave us a chaper group rate if there were 10 going, or 20 going, or 30 going and so on and so forth. Maybe even talk to a travel agent, casue at my old highschool they were offering like $1200 for two weeks hotel, airfare, and transport. I'm not sure who they were working through, but I know there's a way to get a group rate.
Maybe get a group rate for the flight from LA to Wherever, Aussie. Then people just have to eat the cost of the flight to LA. It's just an idea, let me know what you think.
I also have some other ideas for getting money into a group fund, but that would be after we got a group ready to go and then just needed to pay.

The idea came up a few weeks ago, but we really haven't set anything in stone yet. We are pretty much just kicking it around. Obviously, timing and such won't be suitable for every member, but we are trying to do something to accomodate as many members as we can.
This is something that I have never seen on any other forums, and pretty much is a testicle...I mean testament to how cool everyone is here!
I truly hope we can pull it off. One way or another, I will be there!
