I don't know how to do it, but it should be possible.
The process I'm describing is a "double softmod", you mod with UDE then "re-mod" with SID4. There is a utility that does the UDE mod for you (in Linux on your PC), then if you use XED, (on the XBox) you will get SID4.

Yeh the UDE exploit is actually one of the ways I mod my box's. Was just trying to figure out if I could not double softmod and just straight softmod with sid4 _________________ XBOX v1.6c

Well, if it is something you are planning to use on several XBoxes, I would just do the "double softmod". Then, after you do the second mod, FTP those drives to your "...\HDM 1.9\Linux" folder and make a new HDM .iso. That is the easyest way that I can think of.
I'm sure that there is a way to do it manualy, but it's probably a pain in the ass and I'm not that familiar with Linux.

Allow me to explain a little of what I did to make it work.
xboxhdm folders C and E will have the following.
C:\
-xboxdash.xbe (update to load fonts from fonts folder) you can use the SID 2 or SID 3 installed files.
-fonts\ ernie.xtf bert-generic.xtf, s.xtf s1.xtf.....etc
-SID\ xbe to be loaded (build your own to load your menu, or you can make an nkpatcher to load up E:\UDATA\21585554\000000000000\install.xbe
after you've done this, you'll need the following on E:\
E:\
-UDATA\21585554\ (linux installer save)
-backup\ms\ (your ms dash)
the thing that will be done here is the fact that you'll install an exploit to load up your xbe that will load up your gamesave installer via fonts.
xboxdash.xbe>fonts\ernie.xtf>SID\bios.xbe(i think), and will load gamesave.
all these files will load up directly to the save installer menu.
TIP: you can actually copy the install.xbe from the SID4Launcher to C:\SID\.xbe (correct name) so it will automaticly load up your gamesave.
I could do this in more detail, but it hurts to type right now
P.S.:this is an example in how to do this, and you must add the files manually with webxplorer (commander fro xboxhdm) and you must know what to do, my installers I've done are nothing like this, instead i've done other ways to work around with just files on C:\ _________________ Xbox v1.1
