LOL! damn dude he is givin you a damn good deal! i don't know anyone else that would go that low i mean parts AND labor for 70 bucks thats freakin awesome i wish i had money or else i would buy a 400 gig hdd X3 with X3 front panel and a samsung 616T dvd drive and none of that stuff comes cheap all of that would cost what close to what...400-500 bucks if not more! he even lowered the price to 220 and you said willing to pay 240, i mean thats 20 extra dollars. you can spend that on beer or pawn or even mcdonalds! think about it. and compare it to other people that do this stuff. you will probably will never find a better deal and goat is a very good modder so think about it laterz _________________ xbox v1.0

ahh 400 dollars is a different. not only can you get a good hdd and a real XCM case but you can get a X3 mod chip and a lcd screen(i recommend getting a samsung 616T already modified off of ebay) and you can get some little mods also. laterz _________________ xbox v1.0

for 385, if you already have an xbox that you send me, ill mod it with an Xecuter 3 chip, throw in a 300gb hard drive, install a crystal clear XCM case (or what ever color you wish) install an lcd screen (not color like you can play on, displays file properties) and install the lights and other things as well as unleashx and all the emulators available...

Could you explain why this so much? I'm a noob at x-mods and mods... I don't mean to be a punk. And plus there's no warranty, so what if something scres up, and my Box fries... I'm 400.00 in the hole.

I don't think those are prices for used items I believe they are new....and maybe I just read your post wrong too....If you are saying paying an extra 60 bucks for labor for that stuff is too pricey then I am just going to have to say I think you should mod this thing all on your own so that if something happens then its your fault and maybe you at least have some bit of a clue as to how to fix it....Maybe you don't realize how much all the little tools and stuff needed to mod are....Go to home depot and radio shack and pick up the stuff and see if you spend more than 60 bucks....and then again if you are saying the stuff in general is too pricey then maybe you shouldn't get all that stuf....you dont HAVE to have all that stuff in order to have a modded box but that is what you wanted...for me it cost 50-60 bucks for the chip and then 165 for the 300gb hdd I believe....you are the one that wanted all that stuff.....Goat isn't even really making anything off you at all in the whole grand scheme of things....also, nobody said you had to buy from that website....you might be able to find that stuff a few bucks cheaper but after all the time you spend buying from different places including shipping and then sending to goat you are going to be out a ton of time and then break about even...no body is trying to take you to the cleaners here....do some more research and then tell us what you want....you dont need an lcd screen and case which would take your costs down a lot....but anyways, im sorry for being so harsh....i just got a little heated when i saw this topic since personally i felt he was giving you a good deal and you just keep undermining him....when it comes to modding you get what you pay for.....and you are going to be saving a ton of money anyways so think about it that way....hope you figure everything out....later. _________________ Xbox V1.6

Im back- lol...agian.
This is the PERFECT TIME! to sell my box.
Back in Augest i had a Xbox (ver 1.6a) modded by the mod god himself (dose he still come around these here parts?)
Well anywho- has an x3 Chip and x3 faceplate. (USB ports and LCD deal)
I WAS TRYING to sell it before i got back to school (Dont bealive me, check out my post's!) for $250-
Im will to sell it for $200 (The only thing about it- it still has a stock hard drive.)
But you will be getting
Xbox system (USED) - $109.99
X3 Faceplate (LCD, USB, EXTERNAL FLASHER's) - $65
x3 chip - $55 (i think a little more)
So thats about-
$215- but like i said i'll sell it for $200-
Then you can buy a bigger hard drive.
Right now im using it as a Debug kit (Im the only one in my class who has one- my prof. even had me bring it in so i could run some "Code"- hehe)
But i can easily unload all the crap off of it- reload Evox and such.

yep- unleas X i can do- and emulators. Im sure you know this but i cant put any roms on it. Beacuse i might get in trouble- with the MAN!
but i can give you links to such content (which isnt illegal beacuse im not telling you what to do- just giving you info) and any emulators i did put on there i would have to just say now, form pag 17 of my Manuel (yes, i mod so many xbox's and got so many call's at 4 Am that i made a manuel i give out with ever xbox i mod)

I am not trying to yell at you man....and not once in my post did i call you a stupid noob or anything...it just seems like you are trying to cut a person down until they are pretty much doing everything for free for ya....go with that 400 deal if its from a reputable person....seems like a good deal from the looks of it....goat was offering you a 6 mo warranty for free and then an extra one for 70 bucks i believe...its all in your topic....I just feel you need to do some more homework before you decide what you want....like I said...im not trying to pick on you or anything i just feel you are asking a little too much that what can be given....people have to make some money on the modding since if they screw up they have to buy another box to replace the broken part, hence you are paying for knowledge and experinece....secondly, the best warranty is to do something yourself....i mean honestly you could accidentaly drop your box or take it to a friends house and something screws up and then you are blaiming the person who sold you the box....its kinda the chance you take with having a modded box...if you want a true warranty you should just buy a new box from bestbuy and get a 3 year warranty and not do anything to your box...but then again that is not why you are here....i believe goat will take care of you if you buy from him but that is just my oppinion....the only reason that other box is so cheap is because it is someones who has had that as their box and no longer needs it...just like cars with rims and body kits, they cost a lot cheaper than it would be to put it on...but you were looking at getting all the stuff put onto your box so its gonna cost more than someone that already has it done...I really don't know why I am replying to your post but anways....take it as you want it...I wasnt trying to make you feel inferior or yell at you...just simply state facts....I hope you are happy with the decission you make.
