Oh yes, Oh yes, Xored, baby! This is gonna make XBMC perfect... well, almost, but, chit, damned close to becoming my primary dash. *does a happy dance* _________________ "That which does not kill you, only makes you stronger."

Ok, While i'm posting just did my 2nd mod and AID helps so much. Before I had to search and search for diff tools to format, get applications etc...
Chit, the old days of softmodding... Gotdamn has DJB and Nknave brought us a long way. Once again, my hats off to you guys. But I'll be damned if I don't remember searching "The usual places" (goddamnit that phrase ticked me off) for the PBL with Bert and Ernie... Damn you, sesame street!!!!
But in all seriousness, modding (soft or hard) has come a long way since I signed up with the HQ. When I first found SID2, I filled the proverbial cup. It was amazing, load, click, sit back. And now, damn near a year down the line, we can get on live, just like the chippers do!
This is definitely a site to be proud of, hobbs. Work to be proud of, Nknave and DJB and the others who worked so diligently on SID and AID. And everyone who builds chips and mods, we're only going furthur, and faster.
Look out, 260... we're hungry for next gen modding!!! _________________ "That which does not kill you, only makes you stronger."

The final should be out very shortly. Which reminds me, I should update the changelog sometime, there's been a few more changes (nothing drastic, mainly just software updating and script fixing).

Thanks again for all of your hard work. I also am waiting patiently for AID3.
Let me just say that this program alone (including version 1 and 2) has made my $10 VIP membership well worth its money.
as a side question (I do not program so sorry if this sounds stupid)
what are the chances of a utility to allow people to individually update the programs inside of the disc
EX new version of XBMC comes out and I want to upgrade my disc.
I know you can extract the ISO and replace the XBMC.zip with the new one, but i was thinking more along the lines of a directory tree that is set in stone, you place all the files accordingly and then a utility that builds that image.
This way I can put in my own skin selection, roms, maybe even some MP3s.
I can do this for my own use, but I was thinking of people who may not be able to do this.
Either way I thank you very much for your effort.

Basically the only way to update the ISOs is to update the zip files. For most apps / emus you will not have any problems, but with dashboards and XBMC you might since I have multiple config files for it.
