It's just me or Fatal Frame 2 - Director's Cut has serious syncronization problems in it's videos?
I've also tried to back up the game on my HDD but it continue to have this kind of problems...

Hm, I need more information...
Firstly, what format is the game (PAL / NTSC) and what format is your Xbox?
This is my case scenario with FF2.
I have a PAL Xbox, and the game was in NTSC. So, what I had to do was change the video display on my Xbox using the "Enigmah Video Switcher". Once I do this I just reboot my Xbox and I'm able to play the game properly in NTSC. Ofcourse my TV is PAL / NTSC Compatible so that does help.
I've noticed this a few times with NTSC titles that I obtain, so this is the only way to play the properly and in synch.

I've changed Enigmah Video Swatcher's setting to NTSc and it worked!

I'd say it would've been on PAL becuase you own a PAL xbox.
