Hello guys.
My FTP file transfer from PC to Xbox internal drive is extremely slow (takes over half an hour to transfer one backup game and either the console and the FTP software gets frozen during the process numerous times). I have checked numerous tutorials and most of them are using Filezilla but in my case the Filezilla cannot connect so I use CuteFTP.
My Xbox console is modded to EvoX version 3.1.
Here are the screenshots of the menu and settings:
I am using the LAN cable connected from console to the WiFi modem. I have very fast Internet connection and I am not doing any downloading or uploading while trying the transfer process.
What should I do? Please advise.

Unusual that it should require a cross-over cable now. Most modern PCs detect the in/out channels whatever cable type is being used so it shouldn't matter what you're using in that respect.

I think it was the dashboard issue as it looks like pretty old version.
It is a pity that Xbox games cannot be loaded via external hdd as the internal drive is very small..

You can always replace the HDD with a bigger one. You'd need a SATA/IDE adapter and an 80 wire IDE cable unless you have an IDE HDD available but apart from the HDD cost that's small beer.
If your system is hardmodded, as your details suggest, then it should be a very simple matter if your DVD drive is working OK.

Thank you for the info.
I'll definitely need to do that, as long as I find some good tutorial about it as I am pretty much noob for these kind of things.
I'm not sure if it is hard modded but I noticed that this console's power button light changes to orange once beeing turned on and stays like that. Not really sure what this means...

Your signature says you're using a v1.6 and an Xecuter 2.6CE but if you're unsure my guess is that it is a softmod. The orange front LED is a typical indicator of a softmod. Not sure what type though but it shouldn't make much difference if you want to upgrade your HDD.
What you'll need to do is use Chimp 261812 to clone your existing softmodded HDD to the new HDD. Just Google Rocky5 Chimp 261812 and you'll find his YT video which handholds you through the process.
Note the info that Chimp 261812 has been updated since he made the video. It actually makes the whole process even easier for the inexperienced.

I'll definitely give it a go.
