just bought 5 of X2.6CE, and i noticed on the blister packs they have 1mb flash on them, and after installing the chips the flash screen says 1024k. does that therefore mean that i have to flash the chips with a 1mb bios, because i thought they were 512k banks, as previously told thru this forum (http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/postt13197.html)
have tried flashing with the 512k 5035 bios (old on v1.0-v1.5) but i just get:
flashing 512k BIOS.BIN
bios unknown
halting
Ugg?
if they are 1mb, can i flash them with the X3 3294 build bios? i've got this bios on hand and know it works, but i dont want to screw anything up! _________________ XBOX v1.0:
