I need help. I downloaded the AID2 and i sucessfully burned it but i did not add on anything extra like cd dummy because I did not know what it is. Also I don't know if i flashed my bios correctly. After that I downloaded everything into my xbox. But when I turned the xbox there is some weird dashboard i see. I dont know which one it is but its the one that u could change the colors of the xbox logo when you turn it on. My xbox is fine because i can still play backups but i want to know why do i see that dashboard? Also when I try to go to the original microsoft dashboard theres a error and i see a number 13. Can anyone help me out, thanks.

Now the error is gone but now my xbox has no color, it is black and white. I think it has no color because i accidently pressed something in the Xselect program. Also I dont know how to change the dashboard I have. It is the one I explained above. But my main problem is my xbox has no color. Can anyone help me? Thanks. [/b]

My first guess is you changed the video mode to PAL

Try resetting it to NTSC, maybe that'll fix it...

And you didn't have to flash a BIOS...

Thanks, that fixed one of my problems. My xbox now is flashing colors but im sure I will find out why by looking in the forums. I found out i didnt flash the BIOS because the flash protector was off. Thanks again for your help.
