those ppl from xbox-scene are haters, when it comes to stuff from here.
don't worry SID 2, SID 3, and my 007 installers guarantee that you wont' suffer from clock loop, or that soundtrack made up stuff, and if you don't feel confortable about it, try it. Softmod your xbox, make sure you make yourself a recovery disc using xboxhd and backup of eeprom in the eeprom folder and your c backup, and make your linux iso, and you'll get back safetly. now softmod and try it, and turn xbox off, and don't turn on till like 8 hours, and see for your self.
good luck
