I am trying to copy a bunch of files from a DVD-R (about 3.9GB of Emulator/ROM stuff) to my 250GB HDD in my XBOX. I have used Evolution X's file manager, boXplorer, and even XB Copy and none will work.
This is what happens: When I select all of the files, then tell it to copy, it copies about 2 or 3 files then reboots to the dashboard. I cannot figure it out. My DVD ROM will read DVD-Rs fine, but will not copy them without rebooting.

Yeah I thought about that. I have it networked with my PC as we speak, however, my PC will not read DVD-Rs because I do not have a DVD-Rom, only a CD-R/RW Rom.

It wouldn't happen to be the Big Ass Emulator disc by any chance, would it? The filenames are too long to copy over if thats the case...

Not sure what u mean by The Big Ass Emulator Disc.
But, I have about 6 or 7 DVD-Rs that I want to copy, and one turns about to be only 400MB, so I know it isn't the size that is restricting it.
One for example has a file called GeneS32_v2_06_Volitation.zip, which is an emulator for Sega. Well, I am supposed to unzip that file to my C:\, and I can't even do that. It says "File corrupt or damaged". WTF?
It can read CD-RWs just fine.
Damn this sucks.

OK I viewed the log when it failed to copy and it said Error 123,
What does it mean?
