Hi Guys,
I still can't resolved my Xbox Media Center. I've tried downloading the software and even update latest version online, i t still hangs + blank screen when i launch it. Do i need to configure on the default.xbe?
Another method that my frend taught me was to launch XBMC default.xbe from file manager, if it runs then the default.xbe needs to be configure or else reinstall the program. I did what he told me todo and the problem still the same.....
Btw, i did not make any backup on my xbox. Oh hell no, don't tell me i have to reinstall everything!!.....its only Xbox Media Center program is not working...
Please help.

Are you meaning the Xbox Media Center link at the top of the Avalaunch menu?
It could be a small problem in the .xml file where it's looking in the wrong place for the program. If you browse through the .xml (near the bottom of the file) you'll see this line:
Code:
<item name="XBox Media Center" path="E:\Apps\XBMC\default.xbe"/>
This is the path to XBMC, so if it's installed on F it needs to be fixed accordingly etc.
Hope that helps...

Hi DJB,
Thanks for your reply. Anyway, i cant find that path on my .XML
I suspected it was being removed.
How do i insert the path to my.XML file? appreciate if you can show me sample of your .XML file.
Thanks again.

I Don't use avalaunch personally, but the scripts I wrote for Avalaunch to put in AID 2 excluded that line alltogether, mainly for this reason that you are experiencing now.
If you check the "Launch Apps" section Xbox Media Center should be showing up in there hopefully...
