Anyone had a problem with a v1.6 box, modded with Aladdin xt 64 lattice evox & m8plus just not able to boot? yes all points are taped,.....................peace.

you should have picked a different chip to start with ,
especially if you were modding the 1.6,
is it m8plus or m8plus16 bios that you used?
hows your soldering job and the lpc rebuild?
you got the pinheader right ?

NO, buts thats some funny shit! my lpc rb whent great, the bios comes on them from the getgo. Evox tells me its m8+ i dont see 1.6 after it but who knows. the pin hedder is sollid, all solder joints are great, i even tryed booting with the chip off the pin hedder, & grounding the d0, but know luck?...............well thanks for the help................ill be back soon, going to backtrack again............................peace

You didn't blow the 2A reistor by the video chip did you, that would cause an xbox 1.6 to not boot/start up.
If it is you want to replace it with a 2T. There should be a tutorial by modgod in the tuts section. _________________ XBOX v1.6
