Ok so I burned AID to a dvd without the dummy file and it is not reading it. I had to install slayers then when i restarted the xbox i inserted AID and it finally read it. I don't know what i am doing wrong. How do I put the dummy file in the iso. i have read the instructions but i still don;t know how to do it. I am using nero to burn the iso.

ive never used the dummy file ,
if you are burning it on the media that your dvd drive can read then there should be no problem booting from that disc ....unless the harddrive you are using is new and have never been formated to the fatx system ,that would couse the aid not to boot ,
i heard this issue was fixed but from experience i can tell you its still there , not a big deal just remember if the harddrive was never formatted on the xbox use a different installer just to boot and format the drive , after that the aid should boot just fine _________________ Xbox v1.0/1.1/1.5/1.6a
