Its been awhile since Ive posted, but here goes...
ATM I am putting together a pretty neat LED Lighting Scheme for my friends Xbox. But part of my design requires (of course) an LED jewel ring.
All Of my PCB is cut and etched except for the ring, I want to make sure my dimensions are right before I have to go buy a new uncut board cause I cut the wrong size.
I was wondering if any installers or fanatics would be able to tell me or measure from their own what the internal diameter of the retail PCB ring is. Also if they could please post a pic of the ring with lights in it, Im trying to figure out how far out the tips of the LEDs stick on thoes.
And two more questions...
I vaguely remember someone commenting on how to mount the PCB LED ring, was it with velcro?
Also, when mounting, do you turn the ring to mount it with the LEDs on top (between PCB and Case) or on the bottom?

Also, Im looking for a good green EL wire. Not quite aqua green, but like a lighter Neon green to match the LEDs.
Ive noticed most EL wires are advertized as one color or the other, while in reality there are a few diffrent shades of that color.
Can anyone suggest a good place to buy such a brilliant color green EL wire?

He he, i got loads of blank led ring pcb's here but no ruler to measure them, if I find one I will give you the measurements

The outer diameter dosent really matter, as I may make it slightly wider, I just want to make sure I have a correct internal diameter.
