It sends an error- Your xbox needs service contact tech support. Anyone have any info on how I might fix this problem. Thanks Wes

Going to need more info. Do you have a chip or softmod? What version xbox do you have? What is the error code number you receive? The error code will be in left top corner of your screen. _________________ Xbox v1.3

I have a Xenium Ice mod chip. 1.0 Version Xbox. I can't get the number now because I can't get the xbox dashboard won't load.

the error screen in most cases displays an error number...

I checked it again. It says your xbox needs service. It says some other stuff but it is in another language. Then at the bottom it says something it japaneise.

I think what RIP is asking you is to LOOK in the UPPER LEFT hand corner when the ERROR screen comes up, that is where the ERROR CODE will be displayed. We need this information to figure out how to fix the xbox... and since there are something like 21 different error codes and each one has a specific meaning it kind of narrow's down the problem.

Actually, not all error screens give a code. Even when dash issues arise it can be a blank upper corner with all the different languages.
But, additional information is needed. Has this machine worked properly modded already?
When you turn your Xbox on do you get the Xenium Ice OS menu?? Do you have the stock HD in or a larger blank hard drive.
It's real hard for us to help you if we do not know what your entire setup is. Also, please give us any info on if this machine ever worked while modded or if this is happening right after a fresh mod. It will help us help you more.

You are absolutely correct, not all error screens have error codes, I wasn't trying to flame or anything just making sure that DLX knew exactly where to find the error code... I remember my first error code, I was clueless untill someone pointed it out to me... Just tryin' to help

Iv got the same error before its not hard to fix...get xbox hq auto installer and just pop it in then install evox and ur good to go.I think the reason you get the error is you dont have a dash installed and when you update your bio's clean the hole xbox hard drive out sometimes depending on how your updateing them.

Thanks That helps out alot. I think you could be right on the money gregmac. I just installed Xenium Ice. I also need your help with that. When I tried to install Avalaunch dashboard. I get an error file don't fit. I will have my friend post the details,he is the one working on it. Yes my xbox worked fine before. Thanks for all the help guys. I'm in need of your help greatly on the dashboard subject. Thanks again so very very much.
