Hi,

Extra content for your xbox games can only be downloaded using the XBOX LIVE SERVICE.. XbConnect is not affiliates with M$ at all.. So NO you cant!

it does answer part of my question, but i also asked if there was another free program (not xbox live) that does support content downloads and where i could find them
