This kit includes a clear plastic Xbox controller with a turbo button and rubber grips, 7 feet of extension cable which comes in an ingenious spool they call the Cable Keeper, a GameShark Lite CD (a small collection of savegames), and a USB adapter that allows you to connect an Xbox controller to your PC.
BestBuy.com has it for $12.74. The B&M has it for like $15, but with a little persuading, I convinced them to pricematch to themselves.
The controller seems to be of decent quality. I've been using it all day and it's performed fine. I notice no comfort issues, even with my big hands.
