Hello, as you guessed I installed Spiderchip to a 1.6V, flashed unknowingly
with a xecuter Bios.
But before the flash .... also unknowingly, I chose to unlock the HD.
That was a big mistake.
Now the only way I can see straightning it out is to get this new programer
for the spider chip.
I'm searching for it but can only find info about it.
Does anyone know where I can reliably purchase it, or better yet offer an
alternitave solution.

It would be greatly appreciated.

Regards.

The programer for the Spiderchip isn't available yet (not that I'm aware of, and I use Spiderchips)

Only thing I can suggest at this moment is to get a new modchip and hold onto the spiderchip for when the programer is released.

Can't you use a spiderchip bios disk to install the new bios on a botched bios install? I've used one in the past and it fixed the problem. It was a while back and I don't remember the name of the disk. Does anyone know of a good one? Also will the AID disk run on your machine Question
