Am new at softmoding. All I want is to get the region code out so I can play Shin Megami Tensei NINE. I have action replay. Am buying a xbox from my friendand I dont know what type of drive it is. (I can't mod my others). I have Mechassult non classic version and splinter cell non classic. All the ones I see for download(Or what I can find) has too much MB that my action replay can hold (only 8 mb). Is their a download that can just take away the region code?

Softmod Installer deluxe fits on standard xbox memory units (8 megs), so it should fit on your AR, too. The file you downloaded probably has all the savegames in it. You only need one of those savgames, so if you have a PAL box, i suposse the only option is Splinter Cell. You should have 3 zipfiles that have to do with Splinter Cell (1 with PAL in it, 1 with NTSC in it and 1 with none of those two). So if you have a PAL box, use the zipfile that has nothing + the zipfile that has PAL in it, with an NTSC box it's th NTSC zipfile instead of the PAL one.

Crap! I can't use torrent... My network must be stoping it. I tryed every frecking torrent their was! I can't pay 5 dollers because reasons... Is their any sofymod that lets you direct link with out paying for it?

Wait. For some reason the torrent started to work, but its going 1kb a sec... Yea, I guess I will the computer on for some time. How does the torrent work? I don't use it because it always goes slow.
