Ok im woundering if i bought a new xbox and took the harddrive out would i be able to put that in my modded xbox and it work? im trying to find a quick fix for my banned xbox i want to buy a new xbox swap hdds and return the new xbox with the hdd out of my modded xbox..i havent done anything to the hdd in my modded xbox its still stock but the eeprom is banned..anyone know if a hdd will work from another xbox... _________________ [img] http://www.iPhotoshop.org/upload/images/logo4lp6.jpg[/img]

1) you need a new eeprom in order to get back on xbl.
2) you cant return a xbox that has been opend...because you need to open the new xbox to get the hdd out. so you will void the waranty and wont be allowed to return it.
