Ok do i need to format E on the harddrive or is a stock HDD ready to go and no format needed? do i install everything on E , or do i install the hacked dashs on c..? not really sure where to put stuff since a stock drive is so small..

The stock harddrive is already formatted. If you choose to reformat it you will lose you game saves and any music that you have stored on the drive.

I would only install a dash on the stock drive if you're wanting to experiment and then take it off. I personally recommend that you get a larger hard drive and enjoy life from that point in time on, but that's my opinion and you know how those are...

As for what drive do you install it on, I don't have any problems with the c or e drive. There is more room on the E drive of the stock hard drive, but you'll probably only have room for one game backup at a time, but it's easier to copy the d drive to your computer then install the dash to the c drive and then when you're finished with it just erase the c drive and put your back up (from your computer) back on it.
