Although I do not have a microphone I think this would be an invaluable tool for troubleshooting in particular. Combined with pictures it would be the next best thing to being there for any kind of help. Great idea! _________________ XBOX v1.6:

I have this program called skype

its the voip (voice over ip) telephone software somewhat like vonage or similiar. the best thing its free, you can "call" anyone who has a PC with mic and the software. the only restriction is you can ONLY tak to someone with the software from your software (so a reg phone or cell phone cant be in the mx) but I think it would work good for what youre tryin to do. since its free no liscense fee. ist got conference calling, file transfer, and chat (like msn or aim type text chat) and voicemail is in beta form......... just my two cents hope some people can use it btw you must have high speed for this to work _________________ Xbox v1.0

oh yea if you wanna use it to talk to reg phones or cell (US only) phones (and for some reason dont have a phone) its 2 cents a minute for the following places
Argentina (Buenos Aires), Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Canada (mobiles), Chile, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico (Mexico City, Monterrey), Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia (Moscow, St. Petersburg), Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States (except Alaska and Hawaii), United States (mobiles) and last but not least: Vatican.
you buy "credit" and use that to call reg phones. its a hell of alot cheaper if anyone wants to trade in their landline, Ive been thinking about it but my phone bil is included in my rent _________________ Xbox v1.0

I my self have switched my phone service over to Vonage but have also used Skype mainly because it can be used on a linux platform but it does also support windows, and mac. That being said if you wanted to use such a service this would be the best way to go. No one would be left out because of the platform they use. And it works REALLY well.
I don't think you can make it a part of the website like you did with the other one. It would be a third party thing.
