how to i set up the rom folder Embarassed i kno this has been asked alot i kno but im sorry but i have no idea about what i change so its not d:/roms

Hi, welcome to the HQ

Not 100% sure on the file name off the top of my head, but I think it is Suureal.ini .

It is deffinately a .INI file that you need to edit.

Open the file up with notepad on your pc and change the paths, it is very easy to do.

Let us know if you have any further problems, or check out the tutorials section.

Well you can leave the default path as it is and simply burn the roms to dvd or you can edit the config file and change the paths.

If your not happy doing this let me know and I'll change the paths to wherever you want the roms to go just let me know the full path on your xbox to the roms and surreal and I'll patch the config file for you, it only takes two secs.

and one more thing how do i put it on my xbox like jsut the folder right? or do i put the zip on there

im positive surreal supports .zip files so just put your zipped roms into the /roms/ folder.. Smile

thats it.. Do a rescan using the menu.
