Hey, I need some help with XBMC, I need to no how to change the network settings for XBMC so it can kinda fit my need's. Also how do i get the weather thing to show my weather?? I also wanna update it and i dont understand how, cause theirs nowere to go do i have to download the latest one and then FTP it or something?

Hi Bravo568,
really its very simple.. You go into the Settings menu and then choose 'General' and on the right hand side it will say 'ip settings'..
Go intot this sectoin and make sure you have dhcp selected as yes if you are using a router and sharing your internet.. If you are not sharing your internet through your router you will have to turn on internet connection sharing.
The first thing you need to be looking at is basically just getting your xbox onto the same network as your pc..
hope that gets you started.. Just do a search in our tutorials sections too.. We have many that will help
Once you get your xbox setup on the same network as your pc you can then give your xbox the same DNS SERVERS as your PC.. THen it will have full access to the internet too.
you can find your PC ip info by doing this:
1. Click Start Menu
2. Click Run
3. Type cmd (winxp) or command
4. type in 'ipconfig /all'
5. it will display all your pc settings.
