I used waffle tools to softmod (latest version I could find) and it went well
except: the eeprom backup just brings up some garbled screen (linux based i think) and nothing seems to happen.
I tried config magic and it won't run because it does not recognize my bios???? (tried forcing it in the config and that did not work either).

I am trying to backup the eeprom because I want to put in a new hard drive.
Not sure how to fix this problem. Any ideas would be really appreciated.
