It's a bit torrent. You will need a bit torrent downloader like ABC. (another bit client software) You can't directly download it without some kind of bit torrent client. _________________ http://twitter.com/HQ_Shark2th

Once you have the torrent file you then need another program like Azureus to do the actual game/movie download.
Once you open the torrent file up with the Azureus program it will ask you where you want to download the final product. Once you specify the destination folder your download will begin.
Let us know if you have any other questions. You will also need to download and have running a program called Java Runtime Environment.

Java Runtime Environmentis only needed for Java based programs like Azureus, not for torrents in general. (i know you know that ModGod but how you worded it it sounded like it, just wanted to clarify) anyways, i use Azureus and would recommend that one aswell. http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ is the official dl aswell as has a link to the JRE you will need.

Yup, that's basically what I meant. In order to use Azureus you will also need JRE....sorry I wasn't a little vague on why that program was needed.
As far as the actual movies or files that are downloaded via Azureus, once they are actually in their destination folders there may be other programs you will need to do something with them.
For instance you will most likely need some type of tool to extract the files from a compressed archive. If the finished product turns out to be an .iso file then you can either burn that .iso to disk and use that way, or use another type of program to extract the raw files from the .iso file.
I have been using CXboxTool2 for all of my iso extraction chores. For burning iso files I have been using DVD2Xbox2, but you can use Nero or DVD Dectrypter (Freeware).
Some people think that once you download a game/movie/emulator/rom it is ready to go. Most cases that is untrue. Usually some type of preparation is needed.
Your first task should be to install Azureus and JRE. Once you have that completed I would also make sure you have any other program that may be required if you don't already have. Such as .iso creation and extraction programs, burning programs, etc...
Then, open up Azureus. Click "file" then "open", then "torrent file".
This will begin the process of you navigating to where you have stored the 20K bit torrent file that you have previously downloaded.
You will then have to select a destination folder for the final product. If it doesn't give you an option of where you want to store the download the default destination usually is something like:
C:/Documents and Settings/Username/Application Data/Azureus/Downloads
Of course I run windows XP and have multiple users on this PC so the 'username' is my particular login name that I have set up on this PC.
What also threw me was, the application data folder was a hidden folder and drove me nuts for about five minutes until I figured that out. I couldn't find two movies that I downloaded....HA.
To make it easy on yourself make sure you specify a desitnation folder if you can.
Let us know if you have any other specific questions in regard to torrents.

As much as i like azureus (found it via the nice people at The Screensavers on TechTV)
I still find the good old BT client from bitconjurer is SOOOOOOO simple to use!
All it does is ask where you want it and BAM!
Well, that just my lowly 2 cents worth.
Have a good un

i have my comp set up that when i click a torrent it auto downloads the .torrent and auto opens it up in azureus and then the "where do you want this bugger saved?" box pops up. soo its just as easy if not easier than any other bt client out there. i suppose you could have it auto save it to so once you clicked a torrent it did EVERYTHING, but i like to download files to the proper place right away. ex. movies go in "movies" folder, games go in "Games" etc.
