I had a working softmodded xbox, until a friend tweaked it when I was gone. He didn't know what happen, so I'm unclear on how he messewd it up. All I get from it is the M$ Logo screen then a GREEN flash bulb the it re-boots its in a endless cycle. It won't auto-load Mech assualt when I insert the disc, so I can't FTP back into the box.
Anyone seen this before?
Did he flash the Bios accidently?
Is this fixable with a modchip ?
Or should I use this as new doorstop?

If you can't boot into a game, the only solution really is to get a modchip, I don't know what he could have done to make it not load games, unless replaced the bfm bios that didn't have the d:\default.xbe as the first boot priority. This seems highly unlikely though. _________________

hey slat, don't use it as a door stop, use it as an anvill on your friend who "tweaked" your xbox when he/she's not looking and make sure to make it look like an acident! When they're unconsious quickly take their xbox and replace it with yours!
