Just thought I'd share some bad vendor experience. I ordered some UV El Wire from this company for a customers machine. I have ordered El Wire from other vendors but they were out of the color I needed so I gave these guys a shot. Their site is quite extensive, so it really looked like they had it together.

The order came in rather quickly, only about five days after I ordered it. However I didn't test the wire prior to installing. I have never gotten bad El Wire before, so out of habit I drilled my holes, strung the wire and did my gluing. Low and behold, no glow!! I dico'd the ez connector and plugged it into some El Tape that I had and viola, it glows. So, I know the problem is under the shrink wrap where the soldering is done.

I quickly notified the company, then my customer to inform them of the delay. It took two emails to get a response. I was told that I could open it up and check the soldering, or if I wanted I could get a replacement, but they wanted the defective item back. I had no problem with this, but was slightly jacked off because I had already stressed that this was for a customers machine and I wanted a replacment part sent out. I didnt even want the power connections, I just wanted the wire. I offered to pick up the expedited shipping, I wanted it sent overnight. I offered to even pick up the shipping for the retun merchandise even though I dont think I should have to pay. No reply back from this company whatsoever. Luckily, I have ordered some from another vendor I found on Ebay. I have the DC number so hopefully it is truly on it's way.

So, if you don't appreciate a company that doesn't value your business, avoid this compnay. Even if they would have notified me telling me that the order couldn't go out till Monday I probably would have been a little upset, but nowhere near how upset I am that I have been blown off.

To anyone out there who has dreams of giving good customer service, ALWAYS email your customers back in a timely manner!!
