Hey everyone (go easy on a newb)! OK so I getting a xbox delivered to me sometime in the next few weeks (gonna be a 3TB monster with HDMI so forth) Now I have downloaded a few games already as I'll want to make ISO'S I think add them that way (included a pic if it works) how would I go about that I know you need burning tools but any specific settings so forth?

Right figured as much FTP is gonna be the way to go. Does it make any difference that the folders are like the pic i've included? No need to convert so forth?

You should be good - just open the FTP client and either add the game folder ie. the parent folder in this case "World Snooker Championship 2005" to the FTP queue.

I recommend you always transfer stuff to a temporary folder created on the F:\ drive rather than direct to its final location. People make mistakes and sometimes stuff won't FTP, it often easier to sort out when its in a temporary folder rather than your actual Games one.

As for making Xbox ISOs for burning: you can use either of two tools on your PC - Qwix or C-Xbox Tools. They create an Xbox friendly ISO from the game's files.

Burn he ISO on DVD-R using ImgBurn at the lowest supported speed and it should work. Install it on the HDD using the DVD2Xbox Xbox application.

I'm sure i'll manage. Not bothered about ISO'S as long as I can add the games (gonna have rather a lot as it is)! Just need a few extra like example to add to myy collection and i'll probably be good to go. I won't try anything to I get the xbox but if I have any issues i'll come back here Wink
